The Western Deffufa is a unique structure that served as a temple and religious center for the ancient city of Kerma. It dates back to the Kingdom of Kerma, between 2500-1500 BC.

Macedonian warrior's helmet and burial mask, 520 BC, were discovered in Tomb 115 in Sindos, currently housed in Thessaloniki Archaeological Museum.

This remarkable artifact consists of gold sheet that was carefully placed over warrior's face, preserving imprint of his features.

Gorgona Medusa and her son Chrysaor flanked by two lionesses or panthers. Dated 580 BC, the pediment is from the temple of Artemis on the island of Corfu. I’m curios whether her other son, the winged horse Pegasus, was also depicted originally.

Schönfels Castle (Burg Schönfels), a hilltop castle located in the community of Lichtentanne in Saxony, Germany 🇩🇪

The castle was built in 12th Century and has an oval floor plan with a two-court complex. It has been well-maintained and was extensively restored after 1945.

Samovar (Self Brewer), a metal container traditionally used to heat and boil water. It was used to serve warm liquids. Charcoal in hollow centre of vessel heated water within double wall. Liquid then came out of a tap decorated as a head of an eastern barbarian.

Karahan Tepe considered "sister site" to Göbekli Tepe due to similarities in their T-shaped pillars and other structures. Face is actually carved as T-shape itself, although other human statues and stone masks have this also. No other T-pillars in region have a face on top of T-pillar like this one.
