Starting Week 8: 30 minutes of total running. By Saturday - I’ll be running 5K 🎉🎉🎉
I’ve never been a runner, so this is all new to me, but I’m now hitting a stride/pace where I almost feel like I could run forever, and it’s really exciting.

Halfway through week 7. Today was the first full run - no walking breaks - just 20 minutes of running. Felt good all the way through
