7. Жан-Франсуа Бретон Повседневная жизнь Аравии. Очень нервная серия, но эта книжка из лучших образцов. Автор серьёзный археолог, пишет очень толково на тему, по которой очень мало информации в принципе. Не всем зайдёт, но любопытно

6. Арон Гуревич - Категории средневековой культуры. Я читал, естественно, в универе, но решил освежить. Это, ну, классика, то, что любому историку и в принципе человеку, который интересуется Средневековьем (да и в принципе людьми), надо прочитать

But at home I was one on one with my despair and the horror of what was yet to come. That was where ER came in. The Lands Between felt similar enough in tone to what the real world had become, but there at least, I had some agency.
I guess that was what kept me from going mad or killing myself.

It became unreal nightmarish dreams cape where the unthinkable became possible and everything that had been, was not relevant anymore. I did things, I volunteered at the airport, helping the refugees, I worked, though there wasn't much work left. 2/

5. John Davies. History of Wales.
Очень хорошая книжка, кому надо. Понятное дело, не на вечер, потому что там 700 страниц очень плотно набитых информацией. Воды примерно 0%. Отличная база для понимания истории Уэльса. 100/10

There's even a small Iron Age hill fort high above the valley. The place is called Twmbarlwm. There are bigger ones, but this one is quite neat and well placed.
The wind on the top though was ferocious, at moments it was hard to stand straight

Anyway, it's a pleasant walk and being less then 1.5 hour from Cardiff by train and/or bus it is a gem
