Sai doesn't dye her hair; she doesn't have any. What you might mistake for hair is actually thin, flexible needles. They don't take dye well, but they do have the ability to "fade," going from dark to light or white.

Born on Tanith, Bragg was by some distance the physically largest soldier in the regiment and possessed near-superhuman strength that could see him operate crew-served weapons by himself, or kill a man with a single punch.
