Ah, I thought by "form" you meant more like "final iteration". My bad. From an aesthetics point I feel like the Wii/WiiU dpads are the best. I'm not sure why but something about the crosshair design just looks so pleasing.

Heavy disagree on the Gamecube dpad. That thing was awful for precision input.
I think out of all the dpads I've tried on controllers, I'd say the best would be separate buttons with microswitches underneath though for a fully connected dpad I've found the Xbox Series controllers to work best.

I've been eyeing up Linux since Windows 8 as I didn't like what was happening though every time I tried using it as a desktop OS it kind of sucked. 2024 rolled around and I gave Linux another shot and the amount that has changed is insane. It really is good enough to be a daily OS for most users now

The more feedom a system gives the user, the more ways they will have to break it. Which is generally a good thing as it means people can tailor their systems to their exact needs and styles. Compare that to other OS' where if something isn't how you want it.. You just have to deal with it.

Just had a quick look and that's a big improvement. I feel like I'll have to do some pruning to get it on the same level of accuracy in used to though I can work with this. Thanks for sharing!

Tbh I actually have the opposite problem. I go onto Twitter's For You feed and 100% of it is cute art and bunnies. I go on Bluesky's Discover feed and get.. Mostly politics. :(
I've tried so many times to block users and tell Bluesky I don't like it but it never stops.

Sometimes the outcome we want doesn't happen which definitely sucks. Though on the bright side, There are billions of people in the world and you can pick and choose who you wish to spend your time and energy with. So personaly I'd consider it an opportunity to close the door and look forward :D

Of course when a lot of the Irish moved over to the US they took this holiday with them which turned Hallow's eve into Halloween and the traditions we see today.
Of course every country celebrates their own holidays. We in the UK have Bonfire Night coming up in less than a week which has a fun past
