he ends up meeting THIS GUY. FREAK. this is arbiter- a little monitor that sputters on when he approaches it! this thang is so loud but is rather helpful and informational. (unfortunately, promenade has to carry it everywhere...)

hi. oc time. This is Promenade! He's. the guy ever? He's the guy that wakes up and cant remember shit!!! he's a huge germaphobe and acts like thats his whole personality but this little (tall) man can fit so much repressed agony
