But I also know when working as customer service the staff have to follow stupid company procedures, managers never around when needed, burnt out staff. And dealing with angry people with no down time between calls.

I had an issue about energy company sending a letter about owing money and the person on the phone kept saying I did not owe anything. After an hour of repeating myself they got me to correct department and solved the issue
