Yep, I feel that way about Kiro. He's the only member of the Horde Council who has been completely absent from the story since it formed - except for a brief appearance in the Shadows Rising novel. Even Ji Firepaw and Mayla have gotten a moment or two. Kiro has been MIA since vulpera unlock quests.
