Not sure I can think of a single artist now capable of even making an album like Remain In Light. It's one of the most influential records of the last century, yet I doubt 1 in 100 people (Once In A Lifetime aside) even know it exists.

How is this repeatedly made into a policy issue - by *all* parties - when the blunt fact of the matter is that grown adults who are obliged to pay for their own education, and relentlessly pursued to repay their loans, should be able to study whatever the fuck they want.
