Not sure if you have a good lighting kit or not, but biggest upgrade you can make is lighting above all else. A camera with a lot of extras is nice, but lighting is an absolute necessity no matter what you're shooting with. If it were me, I'd get an affordable body and then invest in lighting. 😌

Honestly the R8 is great. It's my main camera and I couldn't be happier with it. The money you'd save with the R8 could be used on props or new latex gear too. It's ultimately up to you, but I think the other options are a bit overkill unless you plan to do major professional paid type gigs. 📷
