Trying new creative things to help manage my stress. So far, I like this scratch art pad I bought at Michael’s a lot! The colors are already there, so I don’t have to think about it and it’s really pretty, which helps sooth my mind. I think, even if we’re not especially artistic, we all need art.

New favorite word!
I just learned the word “Latibulate.” It’s a now-obsolete verb from the 17th century that means “to hide in a corner or place of safety to escape reality or until conditions improve.”
I think we can all agree that this word needs to make an immediate comeback.
