Named after one of the most fearsome celestial objects that we know of, the Magnetar-class cruiser.

Much like anything getting too close to an actual magnetar, any aircraft or missile getting too close to the Magnetar class, simply ceases to be.

We should actually use this account on occasion 👀

Lore dump!

Pictured here is the TDN's Sentry UGCV, an uncrewed tank destroyer, armed with a 75mm chemically assisted Railgun, firing rhenium diboride darts.

Strong against tanks, weak against light armor.

The Tenorran Defense Navy, factions in Ardent Seas

Their units tend towards preferring range and speed over anything else. Their ships are faster than those of the Coalition and have a longer optimal fighting range, but less armor

The Coalition also has better subs

"Here we will remain most excellently" - a phrase 7000 years old when AS takes place, and perfect description of the Coalition Armada

Bristling with guns, armored to the point of impeding their mobility. Their weapons have less range than the TDN's, but hit much harder.

The Phobos-class War Cruiser, the heaviest subcapital warship in the Coalition Armada's arsenal.
Its armed with two quad and one hex assault howitzer turret - slow firing, but absolutely devastating with every volley, and my more.
Very effective against light armor.

The little sibling of the War Cruiser: The Assault destroyer features two of the same quad assault howitzer turrets, as well as API anti ship missiles.

It can also be upgraded with lightning cannons, dealing increased damage, as well as messing with the target's systems.

The "Loki" class, named after the god of mischief, befitting its role.

Its role being, to mess with the enemy's systems. Its EMP weapons can disrupt and even completely shut down enemy units. It carries radar decoys which can appear as any object of choice to the enemy.

The Type 33-4, affectionately named Dreadnought by the Coalition after a class of warships on Earth of old.

It needs little explanation: 16 enormous 18" assault howitzers in 4 turrets, and so much armor, it displaces the mass of small country.

Driven by multiple pulsar reactors.

Flag of the Tenorran Defense Union

The TDU began as a mutual defense treaty between the 5 of the countries on Tenorra's northern continents, now encompasses the entirety of those, as well as what little Landmass the ocean world of Pyrios has to offer.

Super-heavy air cushion assault landing craft, named the Bison

The coalition's means of transporting heavier equipment ashore can even carry the 100 tonne Wotan landships

It comes with a pair of 57mm guns by default, and can be upgraded with land attack missiles

The Osiris has an interesting history: It originated from the same development program as the much larger Elysia class. It's the main Aircraft Carrier for the TDN

And it comes with teeth of its own.

There's big, and then there's the Elysia, half a kilometer long, with an integrated shipyard, fighter production line, and several flight decks. It's the flagship of the TDN

The highly advanced Minotaur-class was developed during the onset of the Ravager war. Particle accelerator weapons were found to be an effective counter to Ravager shields.
Its primary weapons are 3 twin hyperrelativistic electron beam weapons, ironically developed from Ravager weapons.

The Aegir-class, the pinnacle of Tenorran warship technology. Armed with 350mm Railgun turrets, triple 8" Gauss turrets, and multiple different missile types, powered by a quad of pulsed fusion reactors.

This is the TDN's top-tier warship. It's also the first ship I made in Blender

Staying on the topic of Southern Coalition amphibious assaults:
The Marine Frigate

Not sporting much armament - a twin 8" assault howitzer turret, and a handful of 57mm PDCs for shoreline fire support - its real usefulness comes from its well deck, which can deploy MCPs and other amphibious forces.

The Northstar class destroyer is named after this, the brightest star in Tenorra's northern hemisphere. Bristling with missiles and a rapid 127mm gun. It has quickly become ubiquitous in the Tenorran Navy

"Magnetar" Air defense cruiser

Named for magnetars' propensity to tear matter to bits when it gets close, this heavy cruiser does much the same to any enemy aircraft in its vicinity. Gun launcher turrets, multiple VLS systems, heavy CIWS.

Where a Magnetar goes, hostile aircraft and missiles don't.
