Republicans have been voting to ruin their own lives ever since the conservatives switched parties in the civil rights era.

They're addicts, and they'll keep doing this until people start shooting back, and then it's no longer fun. But you never see an addict quit in the middle of a high, or when they're drowning in their drug.
