No--but someone in the V-Chunky discord found the solution!
Apparently...can't have Veadotube Mini minimized, or it messed everything up. lol

Currently set like this in-game, and both my monitors are capped at 60FPS currently! I'm starting to get worried something is wrong with my graphics card(NVIDIA RTX 3060) to be honest, because everything ran fine for a while. :(

I'll probably try clean installing OBS when I wake up to cover bases😩
