Also the implied outrage about 1 million A&E attendees for headache. Severe headache is unbearable, debilitating, and its sudden onset can be a symptom of serious concussions/traumatic brain injury or even brain tumor. It's both statistically and medically illiterate.

That prediction...is hard to explain. Sounds like a lack of awareness of the gap between "IMO problem" and "strong research paper", and especially of the gap between the latter and "solution to a Millennium Prize Problem".
