Muffin Monday! With actual muffins and actually a Monday! Working my way through all the boxed mixes, I made a dozen blueberry muffins. They came out great and now I gotta learn how to make the muffin topper from scratch ^q^

Morsel Monday! This week I made Sage Apple Tarte Tatin with homemade Whipped Cream. It kinda melted in the oven but it's still a delicious goo. I attached a picture of how I cooked it last time for comparison. Today was not as pretty.

Just learned how to make homemade whipped cream. Also learned pastry sheets are supposed to thaw overnight. The first Morsel Monday gets to be a Tuesday!
