Beksinskian over-the-shoulder shooter - for Android and iOS???? wild

makes me want to check out the first Wall of Insanity (which is available on Steam, Switch, and mobile)
our military-dude protagonist faces off against some weirdos in a stone(?) corridor. there is one tall n lanky weirdo, and four little weirdos. all the weirdos wear grubby coats, limbs made of clusters of bones, and spiky cudgel hands. tall weirdo's face looks a bit like Max Schreck's Count Orlok with ill-define features. the small weirdos' heads are just... little balls. they're just little guys. protagonist enters a chamber lined with cave-like windows (or they're holes for bodies, idk), coming face to face with a lantern-toting floating entity with a head like a fleshy astrolabe, tattered white robes, long fingers, and candles sprouting from its shoulder a brutalist arena with branches reaching through the arcades. we look up as an entity - what looks like a flayed human with pipes knotted inside its chest cavity, twisting horns like a jester's hat, and washboards sticking out of its thighs - ascends.

a city beneath a sky of giant paving stones. a creature(?) floats above the street, attached to a crumbling building by giant veins (or maybe it's destroying the building, I'm not sure). the creature is like a giant lavender beaker with a hippo head instead of a neck, and the beaker body is wrapped in ribs and veins, and it uses the veins like tentacles. backstage. a matryoshka doll hangs from a hook. ENA's talking to... a little house with a giant thumbs-upping noodle arm snaking out of the front door. The house/arm says, "They can't kidnap our free will to go to the bathroom."

In Lafayette, Indiana, a MAGA terrorist attempted to intimidate peaceful USians demonstrating against fascism. When his efforts failed, he returned with an AR rifle, threatening a massacre. He was briefly arrested and then released back into the community.
