It's probably already been said, but they need to rename the Y theatre "The London Square Theatre" just to really confuse things.

That does complicate things. My only other thought would be to describe a situation like the Novella brothers in the Skeptic's Guide book, where they each recall a vastly different memory of the same event years later.

I can't see what's wrong with that if the rate is only payable on"making money for the sake of it" income. I'm not a finance person, but say e.g. £12m/Yr, or whatever figure it would be hard to argue for an actual need to earn.
