If we held a new referendum where over (eg) 75% voted to rejoin would that not send the right message to the EU?

Of course it's a broad term and of course it's independent...however each can indeed lead to growth and increased productivity/output...in my opinion

But you are talking about growth. When you refer to creating money (which is perfectly feasible) to spend on infrastructure you get both productivity increases and growth increases. Both together will not by themselves become inflationary.
