Heeey, I think that's the same plot that my FC has had for (oh my god) more than a decade. We used to love hanging out on the roof before they made it really hard to get onto the roofs.

As far as I can see, it's just about consolidation of multiple triggers into one.
That's rarely relevant, but cards like Stifle exist, and this card does exist in the same standard format as Tishana's Tidebinder.
