I blew my nose once so hard it ruptured the ear drum 😂 and was having episodes of vertigo after that. It healed up and some time passed before the aforementioned pain. I healed the vertigo with epley manoeuvre

It turned out not so bad after the few hours of increasing pain ceased. I had my ears and my hearing checked soon after that and everything was fine. I was surprised that my hearing is fine because I stood in front of the speaker stacks a lot at punk, reggae, and rave shows lol

I once had sudden ear pain that started like I had some water in my ear but increased over a few hours until I could hardly stand it. I put a hot washcloth on my ear and heard a pop! Suddenly the pain was gone! Then came the blood.
I was fine tho. My eardrum healed and it never happened again.
