Apparently the 2020 firearms charge was this Ian Roberts (from www.bleedingheartland.com/2025/09/26/i...) but that is not the same as saying those photos are the same person.
Dr. Roberts has a previous firearm charge related to a hunting rifle which he disclosed to the DMPS Board during the hiring process. He provided sufficient context and explanation of the situation to move forward in the hiring process. He has also spoken publicly about this experience.

Israel is intentionally starving the people in Gaza, we have let them, and no propaganda campaign can obscure this truth.

Israel's government knows how much food Gaza's people need to survive, and how much food goes into the territory, and in the past used that data to calculate how much food was needed to avoid starvation. The vast gap between the calories Gaza needs, and the food that has entered since March makes clear that Israeli officials are doing different maths today. They cannot pass responsibility for this human-made famine to anyone else, and nor can their allies.

Whatever version of America comes out of this, it has to be one where we ensure that people who could gleefully subject other human beings to treatment like this can never rise to power again.

In case it is unclear: providing legal assistance to undocumented individuals is not a professional misconduct.

One obvious goal of Trump’s extracting promises of pro bono work from Big Law is to make those firms unwilling to take on immigration and civil rights work.
Jackson received a response from the higher-ranking executive a few days later. The executive suggested that providing assistance to an undocumented immigrant family could constitute professional misconduct and damage the company. The executive also said that Jackson's complaints about his boss's lack of understanding constituted a resignation.

And since these private companies get paid a percent of what they recover, they’ve got incentive to push out incredibly high bills, no matter the trauma that causes grieving families.
The people who signed the letters identified themselves as being from the “Estate Recovery Program.” But the people who produce such letters work for private contractors hired to collect Medicaid debts, according to Alex Murphy, a spokesperson for the state agency. Their contract requires them to use state stationery.

So the Trump campaign decided to finally try some voter outreach by sending texts to voters they guess are Jewish based on their names?

Also, it's clear the "women can vote how they want" ad got to them, because they're telling voters they think are Jewish that the ballot is secret for some reason.

Gender affirming care is a right, and in a population whose very existence is criminalized, gender affirming care for trans people who are incarcerated a fucking moral imperative. For the Democratic campaign to treat it as a gotcha punchline instead of a vital right to be protected is a disgusting.

And again it's really frustrating that, like Trump, Adams was doing a bunch of a corrupt shit before he held his current office, but we didn't have any ability to stop it until he gained more power to abuse.
On June 22, 2018-the same day as the fundraising event just described - the Adams Staffer and the Promoter discussed by text message a possible trip by ADAMS to Turkey. The Promoter stated, in part, "Fund Raising in Turkey is not legal, but I think I can raise money for your campaign off the record." The Adams Staffer inquired, "How will [ADAMS] declare that money here?" The Promoter responded, "He won't declare it ... Or ... We'll make the donation through an American citizen in the U.S .... A Turk ... I'll give cash to him in Turkey ... Or I'll send it to an American ... He will make a donation to you." The Adams Staffer replied,"I think he wouldn't get involved in such games. Calling Vance's tweets a "backtrack" when he didn't back down at all and then said Haitian immigrants were bringing disease into Ohio is wildly irresponsible. It would really outstanding if the media stopped providing cover for the violent racism of Trump/Vance.
