lol it looks like i can’t be trusted with a fancy plate but it’s just that i like to microwave my food bc i can’t handle everything being lukewarm 😅

finally got all my #PAXUnplugged trinkets laid out for a loot photoshoot!!
a carefully organized array of loot, including two pin-covered lanyards with ribbon-adorned badges, several pinny arcade pins, four beautiful UV-printed wooden ornaments of cute christmassy nerdy animals, two little goody bags, a zine game, a mini lino print, an official PAX patch and medal, a ripped off logo from the donut shop in reading terminal market, our default booth sign, a large metal slotted spoon, the smallest fork and spoon you’ve ever seen, literally 3/4 inch long, a plastic spider, two teeny tiny dumpster fires, a tiny pink turtle, two patco tickets, a temporary tattoo of a sword unpacking three donuts, one single stan buck from gravity falls, and maybe more but that’s the main gist of it. big pile of small trinkets! closeup of the trinket pile closeup of the trinket pile closeup of the trinket pile

ok this was pretty neat — we were a little worried that the half marathon would mess with us but it was all good, and we got to walk along the route as we went from the train to the convention center! we’ll see how tomorrow’s full marathon compares!!

the CAR is PACKED and the SHELF is EMPTY (of pax stuff 😅)
a large metal shelving unit standing mostly empty. there is a dress draped on it waiting to be altered (lol, someday) and a couple empty bins on an upper shelf. on the tippy top shelf are a couple star wars armada and x-wing boxes, along with a bin full of t-shirt yarn.

i wish we had a garage so we could just pack the car NOW but we only have a giant communal parking lot so instead we’re just incrementally shifting bins from the shelves they’ve been living on, across the apartment and toward the steps and front door 😂
a large set of metal shelves with the upper half mostly emptied and the lower half still full of plastic bins of various sizes, and also a haphazard collection of wicker baskets, wooden shelves, tied up pillowcases, and tote bags several large and medium plastic totes stacked on the floor. also my papier mache dice tree is on top of one bin the view down some steps to a landing. several more large plastic totes are stacked on the landing, possibly creating a fire hazard for someone less careful than me and casey, but don’t worry. also above the totes is a spooky pair of halloween decorations who are in love.

brb making our entire apartment smell like charcoal and burnt MDF (it is not nice like campfire smell, more like your clothes two days after you sat out BY the campfire, but it’s the AIR that smells like that) (and yes i do have the smoke venting outside but there is no Escape from the Smell)
