Hey Folks! I'm working with an emerging two-spirit writer on developing their debut collection and I wanted to also support them in submitting some of their writing to lit mags - do I know any editors who are looking for submissions? I would love to make some introductions! :)

I am so very excited to share that End Of The Line Press are announcing a callout for applications for this one-time grant of $4000 (CAD) to support an emerging Two-Spirit author, who has not yet published a book, as they complete their manuscript.

So, I started this new and innovative practice of writing by hand, with a pen, in a notebook, made out of paper.

I was told earlier this year that paper is one of the most valuable technologies we have in our grasp.

and lmfao I can’t believe it’s taken me this long..

In other fun news, I had the invaluable experience of being a TA for the first poetry (Art History) course at NSCAD this semester with Dr Karin Cope; Poetry as Social Action.

Our students put together a chapbook of their own poems for the final project.. 1/2
