I’m seeking a positive social media experience where I can have good, quality discussions about things I like.

Twin Dad, Lifelong fan of wrestling, football, world events, art, dogs, and more.
I was reaching for a lot.

I think people believed Okada was pumping out 5-star classics every time he stepped into the ring, not realizing it was just for his big matches and the G1. The fact that character Okada is great weekly and we get more than a handful of great matches annually is awesome.

I fully accept 3-5 top level Okada PPV matches a year if we can always get weekly Okada for the C2. I feel like I’m still asking a lot.

Why didn’t a reporter ask the people where their hoods were? Rare to see so many faces at those klan gatherings.

I think he could be a top or near top foreigner in any of the major Japanese promotions, AJPW, NJPW, or NOAH.

Personally, not a fan of him. There is a place for him to be used well and showcase his talents. I don’t think AEW is that place.

MLW (where he is currently), TNA, or Japan are better fits.

I’d give more credit to Tommy Young, Randy Anderson, and Mark Curtis.

Both Hebners and Chioda were great in their roles.

Few have bothered me because of their style/positioning that gave away pinfalls.

He should have had a good run when he returned from injury the first time after winning the Universal title.

I like the fact that referees that worked hard for many years like Paul Turner, Aubrey Edwards, and Bryce Remsburg are given the spots on TV these days. They are just as good, and in some cases, better, than the Hebners and Chiotas IMO.

Seems like the road to WrestleMania will be a a boring ride through a desert for the next 4 months.

Oh well, C2 time, so I’m happy! Gotta catch up on last week’s shows since I was away.

It was a fantastic show with endings leaving people talking. A lot of great matches, too tough to name a favorite. I really loved the tag title match. The main event was great. Mox/O’Reilly and Fletcher/Briscoe were amazing. Even the women’s title match was fantastic. A lot of great and good.

It’s a show. I was very entertained throughout it. I was left wanting more and interested in what comes next.

Therefore, it was a huge plus in my book.

I know. But as a teen watching during that era, I felt bad for Lee Marshall. He probably deserved it with his weasel jokes, but the punch backs were always harder if I recall. Maybe I’m mistaken.

Meh.

I’ve come to expect a certain level of wrestling in AEW as a whole and especially in the main event. I think Killer Kross has something, but not in that place. Just my opinion.

I don’t have the photo.

But the graphic reminds me Lee Marshall and all the shit Heenan gave him each week. He didn’t deserve it.
