Taking pictures of my hobbies and random plants I see on walks.
I felt like it would never end.

I think that the people who can genuinely separate the art privately revisit books they already own. I don't believe that anyone who makes proclamations about separating the art from the artist actually cares about JKRs actions.

Another positive of automated moderation is that it may spare a human from viewing some truly awful images and posts. The articles about the Facebook moderators from a few years ago were really eye opening about the horror they have to see daily for low wages.

How are you supposed to manage that perception if nothing the candidate does or says matters? I'm assuming we're talking about uninformed, vibes based voters. OANN, Newsmax and Fox all pushed the idea that Harris was a leftist radical and it made the rounds on social media. How do you counter that?

I feel like this is a chicken or egg situation. Some % of dingdongs is going to get offended by the cracker barrel logo change, believe Amber Heard is an abuser or think Blake Lively tried to ruin a movie. Would it reach influencers or blow up to huge proportions without bots? I have no idea.

Stoning is mentioned in Leviticus 20:27 regarding witchcraft and uses the same "their blood shall be upon them" language as does the penalty for adultery. It doesn't mention stoning but stoning is the penalty for adultery in the new testament. Kirk definitely mentioned Leviticus 18 & quoted 20:13.

The stoning reference is in Leviticus. Most Bible scholars think it applies to 20:13 Adultery is the same, but stoning is the punishment for adultery in the new testament. Let he who is without sin cast the first stone. As you alluded, most think that 20:13 means stop raping male POWs.

I've had luck using shorter strands and better quality needles. I personally like Tulip.

But we did fail. Justice didn't run unopposed. We just would've failed sooner.

More likely they have a Jim Justice sooner. Manchin at least voted with Biden more than half the time. WV is very red. Manchin sucked and was very self serving but he was the best we can expect from WV right now.

That's not entirely true. The Biggert Waters Act in 2012 attempted to correct the rates with Flood insurance. The Home Flood Insurance Affordability Act was passed in '14 to reduce premiums. National Flood Insurance Program has to be reauthorized by congress in Sept. Project 2025 wants to end it.

If he was faster than Olympian women, he was just short of qualifying for the Olympic trials, which seems like something he would mention. Kinda makes you question his credibility as an arbitrator of fairness in sports

Exactly! Ideally sports should teach kids team work, perseverance, and be a fun way to get some exercise. There's less opportunity for casual/rec sports and that hurts children.

I really think chasing scholarships is bad for youth sports generally and fuels the inequity in sports. Parents spend thousands in hopes that their child can be one of the 2% that will get a scholarship. It makes sports high stakes and chases trans kids and poorer kids out of sports.

We had a major busing shortage for a few years. Kids had to wait at the school 30-40 min for pick up. There weren't enough drivers so kids would be on the bus for hours. It got better. I think a lot of people got used to driving & just kept doing it. Not sure if that's just a local issue though.

Usually it's because there aren't sidewalks or crossing guards and the roads, so it's not safe.

I love that cookbook. The potato soup is amazing. I haven't made the sweet rolls yet, but I'm feeling inspired by your results
