My favorite Mega Man game other than 2. Not only is it beautiful for an NES game, but the level design has improved greatly from MM4. It’s mostly tough but totally fair.
Also, the new Mega Buster is incredibly fun to use. I just really enjoyed this one.

I'm gonna be real, I don't like this one.
It looks great for an NES game, and the Mega Buster's cool, but there's so much I hate about difficult platformers in this. Offscreen enemies, cheap deaths, and ice physics. This is easily my least favorite Mega Man game so far.

Not as good as Mega Man 2. The music is great and the new gameplay additions are fun, but the Doc Robot stages tank the experience overall with their difficulty spikes.
Still a good game, but save states are a must if you wanna actually enjoy it.

This is honestly really heartwarming, and I dig the art style they went for. Any issues I have with it, I can forgive because it really is a charming time.

Peak. Timeless classic. Absolute cinema.
But seriously though, this is probably my favorite thing to come out of the Madagascar franchise. Having both the Penguins and Nana in it will do that.

It has its moments, and it looks pretty for a TV special. Otherwise, it’s just kind of a meh Christmas special with bad toilet humor and a muddy message done better in other specials and movies.

You all know it and love it. It’s a classic for a reason. Awesome art style, music, levels, and weapons!
Though the Metal Blade is straight up overpowered, making this easily the easiest Mega Man game on the NES.

Pretty solid and tough first entry in the series. It does have a case of “first game syndrome“ however, where good aspects of later games are just not here. It can also be bullshit sometimes
Overall, not a bad game.
