For example in Britain the NHS will treat emergency (accident and sudden deterioration) cases and those with infectious diseases without question.

It is considered inhuman and unwise not to do so.

It's one of those things that certain right winger prefer to forget. Perhaps it reminds them of their fuzzy ideas of Socialism and Communism.
