I've been reading the vibe coding book by Steve Yegge and Gene Kim. It's pretty good. A bit too much of the kool-aid/hyperbole in the prose. But I definitely respect and trust Yegge and by transitory properties therein Kim as well.

The surest sign that someone I am speaking with is an absolute moron is when they say something like "Well, it's really pretty easy all it would take is....." If it's anything more involved than turining on the lights it's a pretty sure sign.

Spent $3.79 on a Jinhao 20 fountain pen. to see how I liked it. I do like it. It’s a wonderful clicking pen.
Also spent $8 on the JinHao black ink which is also pretty nice.

I think the next big thing is going to be agentic consumers. A userbase generated souly to consume and provide the role of "customer" once all the jobs have been replaced by ai. The agent-consumer will interact intelligently to purchase products once purchased by actual consumers
