Just days before the Jan window opens we have two big media pieces by Parish: new stand and PSR. He does this every time because he is defending his shareholding and exec control.

Parish is aligned with a ‘sustainable’ model but every PL club is investing huge amounts of capital, even the small clubs like Bournemouth. He knows that he is whistling in the wind. Sadly, his personal balance sheet is not strong enough. If it were he might be in favour of the new rules.
