Deze cartoon van @anntelnaes.bsky.social werd geweigerd door de Washington Post, de krant die gekocht is door Jeff Bezos. De maker heeft ontslag genomen omdat ze vindt dat vrije pers een voorwaarde is voor de democratie. Wat als we deze cartoon vandaag eens massaal verspreiden?

One reason Bluesky (still) works for news is that there’s no obvious, pervasive culture of misinformation. If someone you trust reshares something on, say, Syria, the odds that it’s a chud trying to troll people remains relatively low.

This is all so Putin-esque — saving al-Assad’s ass for a DECADE, spending gargantuan resources, applying mercenary armies, turning entire cities into piles of rubble, killing hundreds of thousands of people, and eventually getting all things royally fucked up within DAYS.
