Had they recently purchased their first firearm or applied for a conceal carry license? I also knew folks put on the list and that was the reason determined. I think only someone if flies often would realize it. The TSA will claim it's random checks.

Because it was unfounded. It had to do with the criticisms she made while running for the Democratic Nominee in 2020. New gunowners and conceal carry licensees were also placed on it in Operation Quiet Skies.

I didn't say there was a Constitutional requirement. What I said was a person telling me someone is a threat to democracy, having been nominated without any democracy didn't sit well with me. I told you what it would take for me to engage in that discussion. Though I answered that in another reply.

Saying it aint so don't make it not so. What's your point? If someone doesn't represent who they really are why even engage with them? Either I'm honest and you would like to discuss something, or I'm dishonest and what would be the point?

Where have you been? Constantly trying to forgive student debt, expanding the ACA, fixing medicine costs, capping child care to 7% household income, raising the minimum wage, Harris' Monthly Economic Crisis Support Act as a senator. You drift into the far left, you don't just jump.

After you apologize for your unfounded attacks. I don't mind a discussion at length. I made another post and the nomination process was antidemocratic at the least. You seem unhinged and not someone I would not someone id normally engage. I need to see a good faith effort for discussion.

A big issue I had was someone who didn't go through a primary process telling me democracy was at stake. Especially when others were excluded from the primaries. I'm liked Biden. I like how you go from guessing who I am to insulting me with it. I also have an issue with acting on prejudice.

I've never seen a trans person. I see the tiktoks and such, but never actually seen or met one that I know. As long as they are loyal folks, I don't think I'd have an issue with anyone. I was more talking marxism. I'm not really "worried" about anything, just disagree. Thanks for telling though.

Also, why use the word "hate." If that's how you feel about the 50% that didn't vote your way, I truly feel for you. I just see it as different views and I think most people see it that way. I can't imagine hating someone based on how they voted.

Not many were close, like the Presidential election. Other than that, it's always been like this, is this your first election?

So much bloodthirst on the left. Upset that the guy got a couple more meals and a bit more time to reflect on his actions and maybe find Jesus. Now that I think about it, maybe the more time to find Jesus is what concerns them.

To venture a guestimate about 98.4% of the far left ideology is worse than a billionaire POTUS with prosecutorial immunity. As far as Harris' policies, I agreed about reducing reliance on foreign oil and allowing fracking. Though, that seemed to contradict earlier statements.

I was at a University where I live and heard one professor say on 2020 election day she hadn't had the time to look into who to vote for and another professor suggested just voting for everyone with a D by their name. He didn't grow up in this area and got funny looks and a few laughs.

I'm a conservative independent and never had a party affiliation. Most of the folks in my bubble are similar. I don't know anyone in-person that votes strictly on an R or D next to their name.

The Governor, in this case DeSantis, will appoint a stand-in until a special election, which will more than likely be GOP. That being said, assuming "we" is Democrat, you're still short about 5 seats.

2. The margins are such that it wouldn't matter, not even in the close House races.
3. It would be a mandatory taxpayer funded legal recount if the margins were even close.
4. The politicians aren't in denial, just the base.
