His leadership on the Hazardous Incident Response Team has transformed how Arlington and our regional partners prepare for and respond to complex threats. He oversees monthly training, ensuring proficiency in explosive disposal, hazardous materials and radiological/nuclear response.

As she closes this chapter, we thank her for her unwavering commitment to public safety, her fellow officers and the wellbeing of our community. We wish her all the best in retirement!

PEACE WALK FINAL UPDATE: ACPD has safely escorted the Buddhist Monks to the County line where they were greeted by the Metropolitan Police Department as they entered Washington, DC.

FINAL: The Walk for Peace has safely arrived at Marymount University. There will be short welcoming remarks, however, no additional public events are planned.
