"Dualidad" (1964) R.Tamayo
"Dualidad" translates as "Duality" (1964) by Rufino Tamayo is an enormous painting (3.53 x 12.21 meters) showing the battle between a green serpent and an orange jaguar. The background is a clash of reds and yellows on one and blues and purples on the other. There are geometric symbols for the day on the serpent's side and the night on the jaguar's side. The photo shows the room where the painting is exhibited in Mexico City for size reference.

In 2017 I had a vivid nightmare of a skeleton rising from waves of rapidly moving color lines. "Todestraum" is my impression of it. It's still a personal favorite piece.

Old (2016) artwork that is still a significative highlight for me. "The Annunciation" where Archangel Gabriel(le) is a #trans woman and Mary (or Mario) is #transmasc. It was featured as the cover of Ryan Sallans's Outrider magazine and I later gifted him the original sketch.
