Mr Roger’s taught our generation to be and to look for the helpers. Levar Burton read to us every week about how to coexist and be a good human. Bill Nye taught us to think critically and look at the facts while still having fun. Religion taught us to look out for others.

I simply do understand the social rule that says we aren’t allowed to answer the question “How are you?” with the truth. Don’t want to know? Don’t ask! My life is not easy. If it makes you uncomfortable to hear about it in passing, imagine living it. I don’t owe you the work it entails to mask.

One of the worst parts about having severe ADHD is that if you can’t remember to take your meds, they can’t help your ADHD. BUT you need the meds to help your ADHD.

After seeing the card wrapping that Earthborne Rangers came in, I sincerely hope publishers adopt this en masse.
Not only is it better for the enviroment, but it looks nicer, feels nicer, and unwraps like candy.

I am done showing up for people who do not value me. I will no longer fight for time, attention, or a seat at the proverbial table.

I'm grateful that I was taught its OK to be wrong sometimes. I think there's more power in admitting ur faults instead of redirecting blame
I think this trend of self love is encroaching on being able to learn from mistakes. Acknowledging when ur wrong is one of the biggest acts of self love imo

I'm grateful that I was taught its OK to be wrong sometimes. I think there's more power in admitting ur faults instead of redirecting blame

Just going to throw out there that there are two sides to every story. If you blindly believe one without bothering to ask the other, that’s on you.

After avoiding it all of this time, one of the family members I live with has Covid, and I don’t expect that I will avoid getting it this time. Going to try, but not banking on it. Wish me luck!
