The Swimming Pool Native Artifacts in The People's House!
The People's House is the White House interactive space at 1700 Pennsylvania Ave. It opened last fall, and now has some info about the Native artifacts that were found on the White House grounds in 1977 when a swimming pool was being dug.

I'd like to meet with you to discuss this, and any ways I might facilitate expanding the discussion the Native people who once walked the land where the Museum now sits.

I called 311DC Sat night at 6:30p to ask about having an old trash bin picked up for removal. A person answered the call and scheduled the pickup!

In June 2024, the new exhibit space at the Folger Shakespeare Library had a panel on the Natives here in Washington. It didn't say "Anacostan" and included the Doeg tribe, which was south of DC. Greg Prickman, their Director of Collections, reviewed the documentation I sent and corrected the panel!

It's comforting to know that Trump takes personnel matters so seriously that he would personally call to check the recommendation of a future appointee - and I'm sure it involves an appointment to a very prominent position!
