Spooky?

The Aries Full Moon can bring to light our competitive sides, as well as sparking passions (of all kinds). It's an upbeat energy that asks us to suspend our Libran manners for a couple of days and enjoy 'doing your own thing'.

Work At It...

At mid-week, the waxing Capricorn Moon suggests we work. (Mostly) harmonious aspects should help. As we bend towards the weekend, take some time for yourself.

Upbeat...

After a rather tense week, this weekend offers a more upbeat energy, thanks in part to the high-flying Sagittarius Moon. With lots of planets in Air signs, communication should be easy, and Sag always likes to socialize.

Feeling Prickly...

At midweek, we're feeling the tense energy of the Moon & Mars in Scorpio squaring Pluto. At the individual & collective levels we may see increased irritability & power struggles. A grand trine in Air (Sun, Uranus, Pluto) suggests innovative diplomatic solutions are possible.

Spun Around...

Uranus is encouraging Venus to break things up (and out), to try something (or someone) new, as he squares her from sociable Gemini. But the goddess of love is in Virgo, where a more reserved vibe prevails. Plus, the Sun opposes Saturn at the solar eclipse. Fun or frustration?

Moving Inward...

As we approach Sunday's solar eclipse in Virgo, we may feel the energy pulling inward, with a potentially heavy, Saturnian vibe. Reflect on the past month, since the first Virgo New Moon: what has met your expectations, and where were there surprises?

Go Fly A Kite...

A rare kite formation isn't the only harmonious configuration in the skies this week, as Venus and Mars form a helpful sextile. Consider this a break between eclipses. With the Moon waning in Cancer (and meeting Jupiter), wrap up work and take some time for yourself.

Harvesting...

We end the work with a productive vibe as the waning Taurus Moon forms a sextile with Saturn. Finish up what needs to be done, because later on Friday Luna two-steps into Gemini and meets with revolutionary Uranus. Get out and socialize, but break out of routines. Try something new.

Burning the midnight oil...

As we approach the full moon lunar eclipse and Uranus station, it may be hard to sleep. Buzzy internal chatter is annoying, but may hold some brilliant insights. Freedom and independence are the keywords for the next few days, do your own thing: but let others do theirs.

The Productive Use of Hot Air...

Today's first quarter Sag Moon offers an upbeat vibe for the weekend. Get out and explore a little. Watch out for surprises early on as Luna opposes Uranus.

Compatibility:

Venus is now in Leo, where she favors an upbeat, outgoing, and sometimes dramatic approach to socializing. If Venus in Cancer is the backyard barbecue, Venus in Leo is brunch with friends. She's late to the party this year, and will be staying in Leo deep into back-to-work September.

Perfectionists rejoice! The Sun is in Virgo from the 22nd through September 22nd. This means you’ve got a month to create divine order in every area of your life! Clean, declutter, organize, sort, and edit. Find ways to streamline your life – and you’ll reclaim your time. #astrology #virgo

The Sun leaves his home sign of Leo today, entering Virgo to begin his yearly rounds. It's also the Virgo New Moon, a time to assess what needs to be done by the end of the year. This year, Uranus is square to Sun & Moon, so we may need to redo the to-do list. Don't plan on settling down to routine.

That's a Wrap!
As we head towards the last quarter moon in Taurus, we may feel it's time to wrap up projects and take care of routine tasks. It's a very good time to assess progress (which may have been slow thanks to Mercury retrograde and long Moon Void times): Decide where to reinvest or divest.

Crossed Wires...
A little bird might tell you something today, but be careful: Mercury is stationed to go direct, and Mercurial mishaps multiply around the stations, when the Cosmic Messenger is stopped in the sky. Wait until after midweek for that communication/technology/transportation innovation.

Shining Brightly:
This weekend's full moon in Aquarius should be good for socializing and connecting with others, especially those who share the same ideals. This is one of the most upbeat full moons of the year, and it even falls on a Saturday night this time around!

Paperwork Piles:

Mars begins a 6 week stay in Libra today. The God of War isn't too happy in Venus' home sign, where he has to fill out the appropriate paperwork before going off to pillage. Libra is about negotiation, Mars likes action. Watch for passive aggressive behavior & bureaucratic tangles.

An Extra Cuppa...
We begin the week with the Moon waxing in upbeat Sagittarius - a great energy for both work and play (albeit Mercury is still retrograde). Later on Tuesday, Luna climbs the craggy mountains of Capricorn, suggesting a more work-oriented vibe through midweek.

The saving grace aspect of today is the trine between the Moon in Scorpio and Jupiter in Cancer. It can create a more relaxed attitude and sense of generosity. #astrology

Building Blocks:
We end the week with the powerful first quarter Scorpio Moon, always a good time to initiate new projects (albeit Mercury retrograde). Early Friday, the Moon also gets a positive push from Jupiter in Cancer. Translate any tensions into motivation, and hesitation into strategies.
