Making haunted Tarot Cards for a spooky, chaotic party game you play in the dark was loads of fun. Super grateful I got to help define the look of Midnight Murder Club. It’s out of early access with a new Co-Op PvE mode.

The original & color sketch from 2018 - I was rushing to get it done in time for our first session to establish the setting/tone I was going for. You can see me going “the sketch is good enough” on the fox & cat. Feels really good to have a cleaned up version bc I always loved the colors.

This made me chuckle. Sometimes I bristle at brand loyalty, but having certain writers or sites you trust has always served me better than search engines. The recent wave of games & tech journalists starting indie sites has been really interesting & hopeful.

Reminded me of this novelty popcorn tin my dad saved from the 80s. I had to rediscover his nutcracker work later bc my eyes glossed over it from being in the background of my childhood.
