From the article, these are "concepts of a deal" and the UK hasn't come to agreement on the stipulations the US wants to impose on them regarding "squeezing" China's influence through supply chains. And then there's that whole tariff thingy that's increasing the costs of imports to consumers... 🤔

From what I've read Trump only has concepts of tariffs, taxes, and sanctions to put on Russia.
