Luetin's video are a pretty good place to start, but the lore is 40 years in the making. There is so much, it's hard to put a finger on one specific thing to start. It all depends on what interests you in the lore.

Well, there is the all time favorite Eisenhorn trilogy, but anything by Abnett is pretty good. "Space Wolf" by King is good.
