I picture something along the lines of Logan’s Run, except rather than aging, hitting a billion makes your little light go on. Then we shoot you out of the sky with lasers in an ersatz ceremony. Everybody wins.

I suspect the attitude in HFX is like that in St Johns: that parking is a human right and that walking more than a city block to your destination is oppressive, so people “hate” downtown.

Although I have been thinking, maybe Canada should reassemble the “Mac-Paps” to fight the fascists like we did in Spain…

I understand the sentiment here, but this is mainly a picture of why we should never have gone in the first place.
