First snow in Reno on the valley floor this year. This week has been tough for me. 3 medical appointments done, with one more tomorrow. I did get some good news from my medical team, so that's good. Onward, during the year of the horse! Think horsepower! 😁🐎☮️🫶🌨️👍✨

I'm eating my breakfast & watching YouTube videos of my favorite songs. I'm studying how the Superstars sing & do their presentation. This will give me some ideas on how I want to sing on a stage someday. Sure, I'm a dreamer. But a dream has to start somewhere. 🤔☕️🎶🌠🫶🐎☮️🕊🕯😁✨️

Health report. Today I got the great news I was hoping for. My doctor said my yearly medical exam numbers came back as near perfect as possible. A big difference from 10 months ago. 10 months ago I changed my diet and now my health is in line within the medical parameters that my doctor has for me.

I love social media. I've met some great people here & their animals too. I mostly follow accounts with animals because I like animals a lot. The love that animals give back to us is incredible and is a gift from God. On social media, we can support each other, too, all around the globe. 😊☕️🫶🌄☮️🐎🌠🕊🕯✨️🙏

Carly Simon has always been one of my favorite singer songwriters. I remember listening to her music when I was younger. Her music is soothing to the soul, resonates about life's experiences, & is just awesome to listen to & to dance to. Her songs You're So Vain & Anticipation are my favorites!

Today, on January 1st, I am reminded how fragile life is. A friend's mother passed away today. My friend was with her Mom throughout the night as 2025 became 2026. Her Mom had been a good mother, passing on good traits to her. The daughter praised her mother. We both prayed and cried together. 😢🙏💖🕊️☮️

2025 was a long tough year for me. Health-I had 2 medical issues last year with one of them lasting the entire year, and it is still with me. Soon that medical issue will be gone through proper healing. Music-last year I began writing the lyrics to 3 songs. That continues this year in 2026. 😁☕️🎶🫶🪩🎵🌠✨️

I'm eating my dessert & typing my poem into my new smartphone. It's funny when a smartphone goes down, you can't get some old documents off of it. So, thankfully, I have my poem memorized. I'll type it into my new smartphone so I can send it out electronically to a client. OMG. 😁🙄🚁🐎☕😻🌠🎶🫶🦜🦉☮️🌅🪩✨

My medical appointment went well today. There is progress in the healing of my injured leg. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. In the next 60 days my leg injury should be completely healed, finally. So now, here on New Year's Eve, I'm going to order a pizza for dinner. Oh yeah! 😁🍕☮️☕🪩🦜🌟🦉🌠✨

As I'm eating my dinner, I'm watching some YouTube videos of 1960s Rock and Roll songs. Some songs I heard when I was a kid & some songs I've never heard before. Life has gone by 60 years since then. Amazing. As they say, "If walls could talk." Well, I'm glad walls can't talk. LOL. I love music. 😁☕☮️
