it's called "tech debt" because, just like regular debt, you don't have to pay it off and won't suffer any consequences for it 😺

i mean these are also possible with just ssh, but a) i'm not a fkn nerd and b) ew typing terminal commands on a phone

in the past i'd also have issues with my whole desktop environment crashing or becoming too unresponsive to open a terminal and restart it, so i also set kdec up to do that from my phone as well 😎

for some reason my jellyfin server likes to not start properly, and i got tired of getting up and trudging to my pc to restart it so i just added a kdec command so i could do it from my phone looool

and it's just so exhausting how often people like this have a disproportionate amount of power in their societies, and those who want things to be good have to spend so so much of their effort on just slowing down things getting bad.
