Last time I tried linux on desktop (abut 2y ago) was awful expirience
I just tried to plug in ultrawide monitor and get it to use proper aspect ratio on ubuntu
Got to the point where tutorials told me to recompile the kernel
At that point I decided to have a life instead
I'm scared to try again
