Little anxiety today: I was not built to deal with renovation, noise and chaos.

Spent the day scrolling social media and trying to stay calm. It’s a small victory.

For someone whose nickname is “vampire”, I sure did great sunbathing my legs for 30 min.

After almost a week of anxiety and panic attacks, I was able to clean the house, wash the dishes and tidy up things a little bit. Yay!

I think my cats don’t understand that if they check the back door and it’s raining, it’s also raining when they check the front door.

Saw the elderly person walking by and told my partner what happened yesterday. I’m gonna show up at their door “I’m ready to wash your windows!”

Cat#2 wanted tons of cuddles. In the end, Cat#2 just wanted to trick me into giving snacks.

We were laying in the sofa because I was having an anxiety attack. Cat came and said “meooooooooooooown :(“ and it was adorable and kinda funny (Cat never meows like that in this house).

I saw an elderly person with their walker by the bus stop. Me “Do you need help with your walker?”. Them “Nah. You can wash my windows.”

Today I went to the pharmacy to buy a prescription med for anxiety. Had a small talk (not a big fan) with the pharmacist and said “yeah, gonna start on this one again… third time”. Their reply “in my honest and unprofessional opinion, I think it’s a very good medicine”. We both laughed.
