I'll add that Musk has impact throughout because of his influence on the Twitter algorithm. I think these dopes legit think what they say is popular because of the millions of foreign and domestic bots that he directs

The rest of the stuff he said is so much dumber than what you quoted. Insanity that he thinks a random group of people could form an association (with an employed HR team to oversee compliance), and then have a carrier bend over backwards to issue a fully insured policy.

So essentially Dems cashed in their chips and went all in to pass a Republican health plan - which sounds about right given the struggle within the party right now

I'll say the one brilliance of that bill is that there's no other way to create a healthcare system if you're one of these free market honks.
