Anyone who's a fan of classic Treasure staples like Gunstar Heroes (my personal referential anchor) or Alien Soldier (which I've yet to play) will probably love it, it's a brisk arcade play with a lot of space for mastery. This and Neon Inferno dropping in 2025 is wild. Video games rule.
