Sharing Taylor Heaton's latest video (Mom on the Spectrum). Very informative. She's a fantastic content creator that covers all things autism. Really glad she addressed this. Gives steps we can take. youtu.be/ClQASyw0uAQ

Worm-brain's autism registry is a privacy and human rights nightmare. Autism isn't traceable through labs or wearables. Diagnosis is private, specialist-based, and opt-in.

This isn't science. It’s surveillance and eugenics. Autistics aren’t a disease, we’re humans and citizens

RFK Jr. doesn’t understand how privacy law and diagnostic processes work in the U.S.

He's a terrifying, worm-brained idiot.

Calling autism preventable or curable is not science. It’s eugenics.

Autism is a neurodevelopmental disorder, not a disease.

There’s no legal requirement to report an autism diagnosis to the government, to employers, or to any public system unless voluntarily applying for certain supports (like SSI or Medicaid waivers).

Even then, it’s not something shared across agencies without consent.

The U.S. doesn’t have a national database of autistic people. Most states don’t either.

Records are protected health info under HIPAA.

When you apply for accommodations/support, that info is siloed to that specific context. You don't have to state your disability to get accommodations.

You can't "track" autistics in the U.S. like that.

You don't get diagnosed at a regular doctor’s office. Specialists, usually developmental pediatricians, psychologists, and neuropsychs diagnose.

And even then, there's no centralized registry.

I read his tweet and first thought it said "Neither one will never let you down."
