MMM was featured complete in HD on TCM when they did that Treasures From the Disney Vault. Also no edits to the All the Cats Joined in segment. There was a copy floating online.

In follow up to my newspaper grocery store ad, the December 1965 one was advertising Thunderball playing at the Oriental (40 min drive) in downtown Chicago. I found that it wasn’t until June 24, 1966 it opened in the local paper’s town. I had no idea the wide release was so delayed back then!
