I’ve struggled to keep a proper running training schedule for a long while now, and ran out of ideas how to get myself back into a groove
so the thing I’ll try now is to publicly declare that I’ll do a 3k tomorrow and a 10k over the weekend, see if a post on the internet forces me out of the house

when I was starting following F3/2 last year and seen a BOR on the F3 timing tower I’ve thought “gotta root for that guy”
